A ha! Look what I found.

Found the most beautiful Cremini mushrooms at Whole Foods... 




And in going through this month's Bon Appetit I found this....



I've called two trusted girlfriends to join me for Michel Richard's 'Smroomwich and as an added bonus... Blood Orange Polenta Up-side Down Cake. Hopefully I do these jewels justice. 

Making mushroom water and mushroom puree as we speak. This recipe calls for 4LBS of mushrooms. I now know what 4LBS of Creminis look like... like this: 


Let the cleaning begin!
